Refund Policy

1. Setup and monthly charges

The $199 one-time setup fee is charged when you purchase the website after seeing and approving the free preview.

The $30/month subscription for hosting, maintenance, updates, and support begins when the completed website goes live, not while it is being built.

The free preview is a custom mobile website concept created before payment, not the final production website. Requesting or viewing a preview does not start a subscription.

2. One-time setup fee

The $199 setup fee is fully refundable before substantive custom website work begins.

Once Clientvero begins substantive custom production after purchase, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

If Clientvero is unable or unwilling to complete the purchased website, the applicable setup payment will be refunded.

The free concept preview is separate from substantive custom production after purchase. No refund-processing deadline or additional money-back guarantee is promised.

3. Monthly subscription payments

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or another refund specifically approved by Clientvero.

There are no prorated refunds for unused days in an already-paid monthly period.

You may cancel the monthly service at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid billing period remains active until its end.

4. Requesting a refund

Use the email contact below. Identify your business or website, the charge and reason for the request, and an invoice reference if available. Do not include full card details.

A request is assessed against the confirmed eligibility rules above. Processing method and operational details remain to be completed.

5. Applicable rights and remaining details

These operating rules do not exclude any refund right that applicable law requires. Remaining location-specific wording and publication details are marked below.
