Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This notice concerns Clientvero inquiries, customers and service delivery. It does not establish the practices of separate outreach systems or the controller/processor arrangements for visitor data on client websites.

2. Information and purposes

Clientvero collects only information reasonably necessary to provide previews, communicate with prospects and customers, process payments, provide support, and operate the service.

The preview request form collects business name, city/state, category, contact name and email. Website address, phone and a short improvement note are optional. These details are used to review your business, prepare a concept and follow up about your request. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing or a paid service.

If you choose to email [email protected], you decide whether to send the draft; email systems handle the information in your message.

3. Current website behavior

The preview form sends details to an isolated request API. The local version stores a private request record, submission reference, source, status, timestamps and policy-notice version. A technical duplicate-request reference avoids creating multiple records on retry. No request data is placed in public site files.

The local API temporarily uses the connection address in memory to limit repeated submissions; it does not add that address to the stored preview request. Production hosting and security logging must be verified before deployment.

Request submission does not automatically generate or email a completed preview in this version. The checkout review still does not collect card information, submit an order or store agreement selections.

The site code has no analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or local/session-storage tracking. Fonts are served with the site. Infrastructure logs and separate business systems still require verification.

4. Third-party service providers

Clientvero may use third-party providers for payment processing, website hosting/CDN/security, email, analytics, form processing, and infrastructure. Current or anticipated providers include services such as Stripe and Cloudflare, plus email and infrastructure providers.

Stripe is anticipated for future payment processing; it is not connected here. Cloudflare Pages is the planned deployment target; this project has not been deployed. No analytics or external form-processing provider is connected; the preview form uses the isolated local request service. Provider use described here is for service operation and does not authorize selling customer personal data.

5. Retention and deletion

Customer and project data may be retained while the account is active.

After service ends, ordinary project and customer files may be retained for up to 90 days to support transfers, disputes, recovery, or account questions, then deleted or anonymized where practical.

Financial, tax, transaction, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained longer when required for legitimate business or legal obligations.

Backup copies may persist temporarily after deletion until normal backup rotation completes.

6. Security and privacy requests

Use the privacy email contact below to ask about your information or make a privacy request. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords. Applicable rights, verification and response procedures must be completed for the jurisdictions served.

This policy does not promise absolute security or immediate deletion from all backups.

7. Future features and policy updates

Changes to analytics, form processing, payment tools or marketing must be reflected accurately in this policy before activation. Any necessary consent or choice mechanisms must accompany the actual tools used.

The website serves local service businesses. Formal eligibility and age-related practices remain review items.
