1. Setup and recurring monthly service
The $199 one-time setup fee is charged when you purchase the website after seeing and approving the free preview.
The $30/month subscription for hosting, maintenance, updates, and support begins when the completed website goes live, not while it is being built.
The $30/month plan includes hosting, security/SSL and normal technical maintenance, reasonable support, and up to 3 minor content-update requests per month.
Minor updates include changing text, replacing images, changing hours, phone/email/address changes, simple pricing or service updates, and small edits to existing sections.
The monthly plan does not automatically include full redesigns, new complex pages, ecommerce builds, custom software, CRM development, advanced third-party integrations, or major new features.
Unused monthly update requests do not roll over.
2. First payment and monthly renewals
Billing renews automatically each month on the same recurring billing date. No long-term contract.
Before a live purchase, the actual setup total and tax treatment must be shown; before recurring charges start, the customer must receive the actual go-live billing date and renewal schedule. No payment is accepted by the current review screen.
3. Cancel the monthly service
You may cancel the monthly service at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid billing period remains active until its end.
There are no prorated refunds for unused days in an already-paid monthly period.
To cancel, email [email protected] using the cancellation link below. Include your business or website and the email associated with the service so the request can be matched.
The link opens an email draft; send it to submit your request. Opening the draft does not cancel a service or stop a charge. This is an email request path, not an automated cancellation tool.
Request a cancellation
Request cancellation by emailOpens an email draft. Send it to submit your request. Opening the draft does not submit a request or cancel a subscription.
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before sending information. Confirmed operating policies and remaining review items are identified there.
4. Hosting and transfers after cancellation
If Clientvero hosts your website, hosting ends at the end of the final paid billing period unless a transfer/export arrangement is completed.
If you cancel and request a transfer, Clientvero may provide or export the customer-specific website files where technically practical, provided your account has no unpaid balance.
Proprietary Clientvero backend systems, automation, admin tools, and reusable components are not transferred.
Domains should preferably be registered in your own name and account. If Clientvero assists with registration or DNS, you remain the intended owner of the domain.
5. Refunds and billing exceptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or another refund specifically approved by Clientvero.
The Refund Policy also describes setup-fee eligibility before substantive production and when Clientvero cannot or will not complete a purchased website.
6. Remaining billing and publication details
Future price-change handling, failed-payment retries and suspension rules have not been selected. No late fee, grace period or price-protection promise is established here.
